Yannick is a reserved man who lives in an apartment above his mother Monique. The pair have created a banal day-to-day existence, trapped inside a bubble where the boundaries of their relationship are often confused. When Monique discovers that Yannick has a rich and intense private life to which he does not give her access, his true self will be forced from the shadows.
